New Members and Special Election!

Last night, at our company meeting, we welcomed two new mutual aid members, Evan Manko and Raven Fleming! Congratulations to the two of you; we look forward to you becoming a vital part of our family. We also held a special election to fill the vacant engineer position. We had two great candidates for this position, and in the end, Jon Reinhart was elected to fill the remainder of the term. Congratulations Jon! We know you will do well.

On Labor Day we had the pleasure of assisting Upland (57) Fire Company with their Annual Labor Day Firework Display at Bristol Lord Field. Our crew was on standby and ready to help in any way, but everything went off without a hitch. Thank you to everyone in Upland!

It is with heavy hearts that Chester Township Fire Company announces the death of one of our longest serving members, Robert W. Denney Sr, who passed away on Sept. 1, 2024. Chester Township Fire Company is saddened to announce the passing of BethAnne Reinhart on March 18, 2024. She was the mother of member Jon Reinhart and mother-in-law of Jacqueline Heidin. BethAnne was a beloved member of her community, where she worked as a preschool teacher for many years. She loved her family immensely, especially her grandchildren. Grant Awarded

Chester Township Fire Company is proud to announce we received the Enbridge Community Grant in the amount of $9,000. This grant allowed us to purchase a Genesis 11c battery operated tool. This tool will help us be more efficient with vehicle extrication. Thank you to Enbridge for providing us the tools necessary to better serve our community.

Grant Awarded

Chester Township Fire Company would like to thank the Wawa Foundation for their generous support. Because of their support, we were able to purchase 15 new hoods and 15 new pairs of fire fighting gloves for our active firefighters. It is support from organizations like this that help assist us in doing our job protecting the people of the Township of Chester.
